Whanau Ki Te Ako:
IDENTITY DESIGN
-
Whanau Ki Te Ako is a newly formed Kahui Ako (a 'Community of Learners') made up of 7 schools in North Auckland.
In this logo, the seven koru shapes are representative of each school within this Kahui Ako. They interact with each other implying the sharing of knowledge, supportive links and a strength in partnership that extends between all members, the students, their families and the wider community.
The three background elements represent each stage of school, primary, junior high and senior high, acknowledging a common goal and shared pathway.
